Orlando has hundreds of vacation rental communities all within 20 minutes of the Disney parks but if you are looking for high end luxury vacation homes then the Reunion Resort is your best option. Reunion Resort is located just off exit 58 of Interstate 4 at Champions Gates and is within 10 minutes of the Disney Parks. With 24hr a day gated entrance the Reunion Resort is a very secure and private vacation community. As you turn in to the Reunion Resort and pass through the gated entrance the roads wind there way through the 3 championship golf courses which were designed by Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer and Tom Watson with the Nicklaus course being the tougher of the 3.
Most of the Reunion Resort vacation rentals back on to one of the three championship golf courses and offer stunning views but they are not so close to the course that you feel the golfers passing by are right next too you.

I recently visited both Universal Studios Orlando theme parks in one day with a park to park ticket. It was a long 12 hour day but awesome fun. We arrived at Universal Studios for 11am with a plan to stay until the nightly fireworks which were at 10pm.
I will go in to more detail in other blog posts about the other attractions but one of the best shows they have which has been at Universal Studios since March 1991 in the Blues Brother, based on the 1980 Blues Brother movie which starred Dan Aykroyd and John Belushi as Elwood and Jake Blues. If you haven’t seen it I suggest you check it out as it’s a great movie with an amazing soundtrack which is where the show was created from.
The Blues Brothers show is set in the New York part of the Universal Studios Orlando park and features some of the classic songs from the movie. It’s normally on 5 times a day but check the local listings when arriving at the park.
If you are planning to visit Universal Studios Orlando this is a must and always draws a big crowd.
Universal Studios is located around 20 minutes from all of our 550 Orlando vacation rentals which are mainly located on HWY27, HWY192 and HWY54 so they are an ideal base from which to explore all of the Orlando theme park attractions.

The Solterra Resort in Orlando, Florida is one of the newest communities currently being built only 15 minutes from Disney World. Located in Davenport Solterra Resort is it close to shops and restaurants at the nearby Champions Gate plaza.
One of the biggest selling points of the Solterra Resort is the large clubhouse with communal pool, water slide, hot tub, tennis courts and indoor gym. The Solterra Resort is located only minutes from Champions Gate which has a Publix super market, Wal-Greens pharmacy, subway sandwiches, Mc Donalds, Pizza Parlour, UPS store plus a number of other shops and stores.
You are also close to the Reunion Resort plaza which has a pretty similar offering so you are never far away from anything you need.
The Solterra Resort is located less than 15 minutes from Disney World and within 25 minutes or all the other Orlando theme park attractions so is the ideal place for your dream Orlando vacation.
