This large 3,045 sq.ft pool home is located within the Patriots Landing neighborhood of Reunion Resort.
Patriot`s Landing offers Key West-style luxury homes with pastel color schemes. This very distinctive neighborhood is surrounded on three sides by natural conservation areas and the fourth overlooks the natural landscaping of the Arnold Palmer Legacy golf course. There is also a lake in the center of the neighborhood.
This home was completed in June 2015 so is pretty much brand new with 5 luxury bedrooms all having en-suite bathrooms.
We recently visited the brand new Encore Club at Reunion clubhouse to see how things are coming along. As you can see from the photos they are progressing well and expect to be on target for the March 1st 2016 opening date.You can see the water slides are in place and look great, I was actually surprised how big they are, they are similar to something you would find at Wet n Wild. The kids splash zone also is much bigger that I expected so I am sure guests are going to love this. The pool at the back looks a long way from being finished but these guys work fast so it won’t take long before it’s complete.
We recently visited the Brand new Oasis Clubhouse which is part of the Champions Gate community in Orlando Florida. The Champions Gate community is made up of a number of smaller communities which are zoned for different types of residents.
The Retreat at Champions Gate is zoned as the short term vacation section or holiday homes for the UK market, this is where we have all our luxury Orlando villas.
The Solterra Resort in Orlando, Florida is one of the newest communities currently being built only 15 minutes from Disney World. Located in Davenport Solterra Resort is it close to shops and restaurants at the nearby Champions Gate plaza.
One of the biggest selling points of the Solterra Resort is the large clubhouse with communal pool, water slide, hot tub, tennis courts and indoor gym. This clubhouse is open to all guests staying on the Solterra Resort and is ideal for large family groups that want a little more space than around the pool area than there Orlando vacation rentals offerings. It’s all nice to let the kids play in a very large pool with a water slide.
For the sporty types there is an air conditioned gym which is open everyday, tennis courts and kids play area. There is also an indoor and outdoor lounge where you can relax and read a book. The indoor lounge is fully air conditioned and has a large HDTV, the outdoor lounge area is fully shaded and again has a large HDTV so you can sit and watch the game.

The Solterra Resort is located only minutes from Champions Gate which has a Publix super market, Wal-Greens pharmacy, subway sandwiches, Mc Donalds, Pizza Parlour, UPS store plus a number of other shops and stores.
You are also close to the Reunion Resort plaza which has a pretty similar offering so you are never far away from anything you need.
The Solterra Resort is located less than 15 minutes from Disney World and within 25 minutes or all the other Orlando theme park attractions so is the ideal place for your dream Orlando vacation.

All of the Solterra Resort vacation rentals have games rooms and there own private pool so you don’t have to use the communal pool at the clubhouse if you fancy more privacy.
The Solterra Resort Orlando community is currently under construction but certain streets are already finished so you will be away from any building noise or traffic but please ask the owners about this when booking.
